The Human Resources Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other core HR processes, while helping ensure a respectful and professional work environment for all employees.

Tasks will consist of:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process and update payroll information, time-off requests, and benefits enrollments as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Support compliance initiatives, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
  • Making office purchases.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • A proactive and customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Bilingual 100%
