**Ecommerce Customer Service and Sales Support - LATAM**:Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in multiple e-commerce brands. Their mission is to provide exceptional order fulfillment for their customers.**Responsibilities**:- Provide excellent customer service to customers- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints- Answer questions about products and services- Process orders and refunds- Track orders and provide shipping updates- Work with other team members to improve customer serviceQualifications:- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role- Proven experience in e-commerce customer service and sales support- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, Shopify, and Magento.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.- Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
