The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-today basis.**Qualifications**- High School diploma completed.- Advanced English level (B2+ and above).- 1+ years of Customer Service, Tech Support or Sales experience.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools preferred.- Schedule flexibility.Pay: Up to $17,000.00 per year
