The overall objective is to promote high quality customer service to Citi clients and to achieve client satisfaction by delivering optimal solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and coordinate branch resources, such as financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency- Assist Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner- Control and manage cash, valuated forms, and means of access- Supervise and ensure that proper banking protocols are completed- Reconcile teller transactions against branch accounting- Perform banking administrative tasks and follow-ups, as needed for the branch- Assist with the opening and management of customer accounts- Assist with window operations and funnel overflow to other channels- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 2-4 years’ relevant experience in customer service- Knowledge of: regulations and operational processes of branch- Microsoft Office experience- Banking accounting or basic accounting experience**Education**:- High School diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
