Client: Our client is a startup company based in the US whose mission is to provide institutional investors with a complete service and platform for their crypto trading and lending needs.Position overview: We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our software development processes. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying defects and issues, performing thorough testing, and collaborating with development teams to ensure that all products are delivered with quality and precision.- Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality and quality of software products- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)- Collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner- Perform regression, integration, functional, and performance testing- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts- Review product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to ensure quality standards are met- Continuously improve testing processes and practices to optimize efficiency- Ensure that all tests are completed and results are documented for future reference- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 2+ years of experience in QA engineering or software testing- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automated)- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete)- Familiarity with coding/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript- Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git)- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsNice to have: Knowledge and/or experience of capital markets and specifically digital assets (crypto) markets and processes will be highly valued
