TE Connectivity's Health & Welfare Teams provide or coordinate employee-related health and wellness programs, including medical care, medical screening and health education. They may manage the company's internal employee-oriented medical activities including medical leaves of absence and individual employee health records.**What your background should look like**:**Funciones y responsabilidades**:- Provee primeros auxilios a los empleados enfermos o lastimados.- Ayuda al médico en los exámenes médicos de los empleados.- Lleva el control de los expedientes médicos de cada empleado.- Tiene la autoridad de cerrar cualquier línea, máquina o actividad cuando existan condiciones inseguras o cuando sospeche del producto no conforme o el proceso identificado.- Desempeña actividades relacionadas a seguridad.- Responsable de crear los expedientes de empleados de nuevo ingreso.- Responsable de dar seguimiento a la organización, actualización y control a expedientes de empleados.- Realizar pruebas de acuerdo a la contingencia que permanece.- Soporte y colaboración en eventos a empleados, coordinados por Recursos Humanos.- Responsable de proveer las altas y bajas a los sistemas de Recursos Humanos, así como a los departamentos de servicios compartidos como parte del proceso.**Habilidades**:- Comunicación: Empatía, habilidad para comunicarse abierta y cordialmente con todos los níveles de la organización.- Idioma Extranjero: Conocimientos de ingles deseable. (Preferentemente)- Oficina: Conocimiento de MS Office.- Técnicas: Conocimiento de la Ley del IMSS, SSA, reglamentos de la STPS en materia de Seguridad e Higiene Laboral.- Educación: Enfermera Titulada o 3 años de experiência en el puesto (Preferentemente)**Competencies**:Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation**At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
