So are we**The Work You'll Do**:An Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst will work closely with the internal Sovos Billing, Account Receivable, Collections, and accounting teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.- More specifically, you will:_- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes and have responsibility to recommend and present ongoing continuous improvement for processes- Support with billing/training, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting- Design and develop reporting and dashboards to track performance and progress of the OTC Team- Partner with OTC leaders on work calendar- Manage worklist preparation process for US/EU collections & US billing (uses EY tool)- Manage monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets/close-won finance approval process/NetSuite synch- Troubleshoot with team on quotes, invoices and other data-driven elements- Provide cross-functional support and assist OTC and Finance management on projects as needed- Participate in providing use cases and other business needs for broader system transformation - including amendments and subscription billing tool- Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained**What We Need From You**- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise- Ability to use Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau- Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Position requires mínimal (less than 25%) travel required both domestic and international to Sovos locations and events**What Does Sovos Offer You?**The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside- Flexible Time-Off- Comprehensive Health benefits- Meal Vouchers to assist with food expenses- Bi-Weekly Meeting Free Days- Mentoring Programs- Globally recognized Training and Development programs- Virtual English Club through Rosetta Stone, and moreSovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
