We put the customer in focus and our job is about fulfilling the customer promise, creating a great online and in-store shopping delivery.Our Distribution Center in Mexico is composed by an ambitious, committed and motivated collaborator who share our values and take responsibility for all daily distribution and logistics operations for Mexico.**As Online Distribution Center Manager, you achieve result with clear strategy, goal setting, planning, and a consistent follow up, always involving your team. You embrace our company values and are driven by a will to make a difference. As part of a fast-growing business, the day to day is varied: you switch seamlessly between operative and strategic actions.****Your responsibilities will include among others**:- Optimize, plan, and drive our overall Distribution Center (DC) result together with all relevant points of contact, i.e. your team, external suppliers (3PL and Transportation Lines), sales organization, IT area and Global Logistics- Ensure and create conditions for a reliable, sustainable, and efficient logistic operation with high quality customer service and great product care, including Non Commercial Goods- Continuous follow-ups and analyses of the overall DC result, in all relevant areas such as quality, efficiency, lead time, and profitability- Create conditions for your team to develop and grow- Together with your controller create and follow-up on budgets for the DC- Streamline and be part of improve our way of working, globally and locally, with common logistics standard reports, audits and follow-up- Lead negotiations and tender processes- Identify, initiate and take an active part in various logistics projects in co-operation with other H&M departments- Constantly work with the 3PL service provider and the global logistic team to prevent loss- Actively work to reduce our overall environmental impact.**Requisitos**:**Besides your personality we see that**:- A degree in economics and/or engineering or relevant, comparable work experience- Possibly work experience from FMCG/supply chain or transports- Successfully led, and developed teams and teamwork, i.e. staff responsibility- Interest in Online business (IT perception)- Experience from tender processes and negotiations- A proactive mindset with strong planning and prioritizing skills- Clear and inspiring communication and presentation skills, preferably fluent written and **spoken English.**:- A passion for fashion and logistics.- Strong team player, being a true people’s person- Communicating in a clear, structured and inspiring way, with the ability to bring others onboard- The ability to see and develop potential in others- Result oriented with a strong drive, daring to challenge and take initiatives- A positive and curious way of working with a can-do attitude.- High drive with a will to make a difference.- An overall pro-active mind-set.Información adicionalWe believe in a culture where we succeed as one team.
