**GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet the requirements of productivity, quality, safety and profitability of the company, in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Maintain the safety, order and cleanliness of your work area.2. Ensuring compliance and improving the manufacturing process.3. Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products.4. Actively participate in the continuous improvement process.5. Comply with Quality and Environmental System requirements.**ROLES**- Comply with internal regulations, safety standards and work systems established in the plant.- Design, document and implement manufacturing processes.- Assure process capability in critical operations.- Audit compliance with process controls to ensure quality requirements.- Integrate fail-safe devices into critical operations.- Participate in work teams to analyze, correct and prevent quality problems.- Analyze and provide problem solving by reducing risk levels NPR's.- Participate in the process of incorporation of new products and processes in their area (APQP).- Establish the process controls to guarantee its consistency.- Document the process and disseminate it to the areas involved.- Fully validate the integrations to comply with established safety, quality and productivity standards.- Participate in the development of Layouts.- Engage with work teams to improve current processes through:(a) decreasing waste and manufacturing costs.(b) Increasing skill (Cp and Cpk)(c) Increasing efficiency.- Comply with the matrix of environmental requirements and competencies, as well as with the integral policy, procedures and instructions of the Quality and environmental Management System.**Schooling**:Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or Equivalent**Experience**:2 years in similar position**Language**:**English**Cost and quality competitive manufacturing processesDesign of devices and tools.Fail-safe devices.**Plant **distribution layouts.Line capacity analysis.ErgonomicsDOE6 SigmasEnglishAPQPPPAPAMEF of process**VD**A. 1, IATF 16949TroubleshootingAPISNorm ISO 14001Customer specific requirements ( Ford y GM)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $28,000.00 al mesTrabajar desde casa:- No
