At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**Tax Supervisor LATAM****Which is the main objective of this role?**This position is responsible for the overall tax management of Chile's entities reporting (Bevs and Foods) and Improvement initiatives. In close cooperation with the head of the tax reporting team.This position guarantees the accuracy and integrity of the calculation of the tax provision, the validation of accounting and tax fixed assets, validation and assembly of the FAS109 calculation, submission of the tax accounting and validation of the FAS109 balances in HFM.Responsible for the determination of VAT PPM Single tax of workers Form 29, Form 50 (withholdings), transfer pricing, tax forecasting, accounting and presentation of the different declarations in the government portal.Is also responsible for ensuring closing improvement iniatives, automation, alignment with all stakeholders, anticipating alignment for reporting changes to ensure accuracy and timing.**What will you be doing?**1. Responsible for aligning with stakeholders and ensuring key steps in the closing process:To ensure the determination of the tax provision for the closing of the month and quarter. - Smartview - HFMValidation of Fixed Tax Assets.Validation of provisions / temporary items for calculation.Generate tax projections each quarter for the correct and adequate report to the Tax Reporting team.Validation of all the FAS109 cedulas with explanations.Realization of Sentinels for the business.Fiscal support to business areas.Review and attend to the process of the income statement, affidavits, payment of contributions, VAT, withholdings, etc. etc.2. Ensure the integrity of the Company's tax calculations and associated systems. Develop systems and procedures for the efficient and effective management of the Company's finances.3. Oversees all general tax activities, including the tax account reconciliation process.4. Participate in all fiscal operations, including reports, forecasts, billing, etc.5. Participate in the monthly closing ensuring timeliness, accuracy, integrity and compliance with corporate and tax policies.6. Develop a customer-centric approach to the internal customer base7. Contributes to the definition of service standards and ongoing management of service level agreementsQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.- A minimum of 4 years experience as in general accounting or knowlede in Mexican taxes is a must.- English level of 70% (reading, writing, conversational)- Previous systems experience working with SAP, FDM, HFM is desirable.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.- Knowledge in FAS109/ASC740 is mandatory- Knowledge in USGAAP and MEXGAAPS desirable- Basic knowledge of Chilean tax law desirable.- Highly organized and methodical individual who pays attention to details- Must be proactive and be able to work with mínimal supervision- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful environments in order to adhere to strict.- Interpersonal and communication skills are required as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and prof
