The Process Technician controls and improves the processes established for manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging and product inspection operations. He manages the processes with the objective of fulfilling the specific requirements of clients.Develop work instructions for operations, rework, draws, deviations, etc.Use the 8D methodology to solve problems in the areas or products under your responsibilityDevelop optimization projects for cost savings and continuous improvement.Balance line loads to achieve maximum process performance.Develop visual aids, HIV standard operating process (Visual Instruction Sheet), Parameter Approval Sheet (HAP).Coordinate with Quality Engineering to evaluate discrepant material.Develop and document failure mode analysis as well as in the control plan.Contributes to developing the standardized work of the key operations of the processKeeps his standardized work up to date and reports and takes action to resolve in case of non-compliance.Support and participate in improvement projects assigned in P3SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
