Senior UX Designer

If yes, we’re looking for you.Join our team The Senior UX Designer will work closely with product managers, content strategists, UI designers, developers and researchers to create an elegant customer experience.**About the Role**:In this opportunity as a **Senior UX Designer,** you will:- Create and build - Rapidly iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy. Have deep experience with responsive UI design methodology and processes (user-centered and iterative design). Create and maintain prototypes for UX research testing with industry leading tools.- Be part of a collaborative team: Work closely with the UX Designers, Content Strategists, and UX Researchers in a collaborative team-oriented environment to create new products, features and functionality. Advocate for the user’s needs while developing features that align to the needs of the user.- Be an Effective Communicator: Share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills. You justify and articulate design decisions during design reviews. You lead brainstorming and sketching sessions with product teams.- Be Curious & Innovative: Continuously update yourself by learning and leveraging new technologies and best practices within the field of user experience in order to enhance our practices. Turn user research and usability feedback into easy-to-use solutions.
