**Job Type**: Full TimeResponsible for price updates and special pricing process.Price Update Process: Analyze market data, sales data, historical selling prices, and margins to manage pricing for optimal balance of profitability and competitiveness.- Obtain and validate competitive intelligence (esp. on-line).- Coordinate price system maintenance.- Complete and file reports for each pricing action.- Communicate price changes to Sales and Customer Service.- Conduct price rationalization reviews, e.g. BOM/Kits, Supersessions, Customer Groups, margin corrections.- Develop/assess price update process improvements.Tactical Pricing Process: Manage regional prices to be profitable, competitive, and maximize sales opportunities.- Receive and review RPRs.- Validate submitted data and documentation.- Analyze sales data, historical selling prices, and margins.- Determine appropriate regional and/or customer prices.- Provide DAF guidance to Sales.- Coordinate price system maintenance.- Communicate price changes to Sales and Customer Service.- Complete and file reports for each pricing action.- Maintain RPR database- Track/report special pricing activity.- Develop/assess tactical pricing process improvements.Other:- Troubleshoot price questions- Determine/coordinate pricing for new items (MPR)- Provide net price files as neededJob Requirements:
