JOB SUMMARY:As the End User Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising all desktop support activities. You will ensure that an advanced level of expertise and technical support is provided to the entire organization on information technology systems and services. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all installations and fixes for desktop computers, including computer labs, computer classrooms, training and administrative systems. You will work closely with vendor personnel to identify and solve all vendor hardware and software problems. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing job standards for subordinate staff and effectively evaluating staff.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyze and develop information technology infrastructure systems and sub-systems- Assist organization users in assessing the technical requirements that meet the needs of their operation- Approve new and established procedures for preventative and remedial maintenance of systems- Ensure quality customer service is provided to staff, management and employees of the organization- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades and software packages- Work with vendor personnel to identify and solve all vendor hardware and software problems- Establish job standards for subordinate staff and effectively evaluate staffOTHER RELATED DUTIES:- Serve as a liaison between the immediate organization and regional operations, other providers, vendors and telecommunications organizations- Perform other duties as requestedQUALIFICATIONS:**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Technology and network systems certifications preferred- Five years job-related work experience required**MUST be BILINGUAL with strong English skills**SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- In-depth analysis to interpret and evaluate obscure/vague information in the development of new solutions for complex technical and/or managerial problems- Knowledge of quality assurance concepts and procedures- Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook- Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with team members and department contacts- Ability to cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks- Ability to treat all internal/external customers and team members with dignity/respectAs an End User Services Manager, you must have extensive IT experience and knowledge. You must also possess excellent communication, writing, and organization skills, and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with team members and department contacts. Additionally, you should be able to cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks and treat all internal/external customers and team members with dignity and respect. Your in-depth analysis skills will be utilized to interpret and evaluate obscure/vague information in the development of new solutions for complex technical and/or managerial problems.
