Tu objetivo es resolver las incidencias de nuestros usuarios de manera eficiente, asegurando que su experiencia con nuestro producto sea siempre positiva. Atender y resolver tickets técnicos a través de nuestros canales oficiales (Chat, Email, Ticketera). Diagnosticar y documentar errores de software (bugs) para el equipo de desarrollo. Ayudar a los clientes a configurar sus cuentas e integraciones. Colaborar en la creación de artículos para nuestra base de conocimientos (Help Center). Capacidad para leer logs y conocimientos básicos de SQL y APIs. Experiencia previa en Help Desk o soporte técnico (Deseable en empresas SaaS). Buena redacción y ortografía. Actitud orientada al servicio y mucha paciencia.
