**Position Title**: Border Crossing Operations**Position Summary**The Border Crossing Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of international shipments crossing the US-Mexico border. This role ensures constant communication with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to guarantee a seamless process. The position requires attention to detail, operational discipline, and a high level of responsiveness in a dynamic logistics environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinate daily border crossings with brokers, transfers, and/or carriers- Update shipments in the Optimiz system according to crossing operations- Communicate any deviations or irregularities to the OCS/SCM team effectively and on time- Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Border Crossing Team Lead and the Night Shift Supervisor- Ensure operational punctuality and reliability- Promote a positive and collaborative culture within the team**Schedule**- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**Required Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain-related education is a plus- Previous experience in border operations, freight forwarding, or similar logistics functions is preferred- Knowledge of international transportation processes and documentation- Basic proficiency in systems such as TMS (Optimiz experience preferred)- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities**Preferred Competencies**- Detail-oriented and proactive- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus- Knowledge of US-Mexico customs processes and coordination with carriersMonday to friday 07:00am-17:30pm
