Business Development Representative

We are in charge of generating business opportunities for our Sales department. Our job is to prospect and qualify contacts in our database, in order to determine which ones are viable leads worth sending to our sales colleagues for follow up.- We target teachers interested in organizing a trip with their students. We work with several different types of tours, so you will never run out of potential clients We offer educational tours related to language, history, sports, performance, etc.- if you're looking to:- Reach and exceed goals- Learn more about educational travel products- Work in a diverse and inclusive environment- Challenge yourself- And you are:- Goal driven- Resilient- Proactive- Organized- Active listener- **THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU****Requirements**:- Desired knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies- Desired work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing- Desired knowledge of customer service/sales principles and practices- Knowledge of call center/outbound telephony and technology- Six months or more experience in sales/lead creation/lead qualiying- Good data entry/keyboard skills- Familiar with office rules/office environment- Advanced (85%+) English level
