Realizar seguimiento a entregas e inventarios, atención y respuestas a los clientes dentro de los acuerdos de servicio. Trabajar bajo los lineamientos establecidos para la región y participar activamente en la búsqueda de mejora de procesos en conjunto con la Coordinación. Responsabilidades: 1. Ingresar las órdenes de compra recibidas en los tiempos definidos dentro del acuerdo de servicio, 2. Realizar todo el proceso establecido durante el ingreso de la orden: revisión de Inventarios, lead-times, aprobaciones, entre otros, 3. Soportar al país y vendedores a cargo en todas las solicitudes que tienen con áreas funcionales y procesos post-venta, 4. Hacer seguimiento a las órdenes colocadas hasta la entrega de las mismas. Comunicar al cliente del estado de las órdenes y las fechas de entrega o novedades. Requisitos: Tecnologos o estudiantes de octavo semenstre en adelante, carrera profesional, 2 años de experiência en Customer Service/atendimiento a clientes
