If you’re willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, **Faurecia **is the place to be.**We are looking for a LOCALIZATION BUYER to be part of our team in San Luis Potosí**The Localization Buyer is responsible for localization rate of the region for several plants, in line with purchasing strategy.**The main missions of the role are**:- Ensure the strategy of localization of the region- Lead localization actions in line with the commodity, productivity and program team- Ensure all new sourcings from Program team are running full business case with local suppliers- Lead complete RFQ process and business case analysis- Ensure action define with timing to ensure implementation on time- Support Asia Bridge concept (DAP) implementation with Chinese suppliers- Ensure full implementation of Asia Bridge concept with the plants- Coordinate results/forecast and action plan with BG- Manage weekly reporting to fast track localization actions- Manage monthly reporting to fast track localization actions- Lead the full localization scope of the region to achieve our long term goal- Identify new local suppliers to enter and challenge current panel**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:- Minimum 4 years in purchasing (program, commodity, productivity) in an automotive sector.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business- Advanced English communication skills- Strong knowledge in supplier management, purchasing (program, commodity, productivity), logistics, cost analysis.- Good communication and interpersonal skills, financial mindset and leadership.**Forvia is an equal opportunity employeer.
