**_Ofrecemos:_**- Seguro de vida mas gastos funerarios- Seguro de Gastos Medicos Mayores- Vales de Despensa- Fondo de Ahorro- Buscamos Gerente de Mantenimiento con experiência Industrial o en CEDIS_- Zona de trabajo: Hermosillo, Sonora- Horario de trabajo: lunes a viernes con disponibilidad para atender emergencias- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial**_ Responsabilidades_**- Responsable de asegurarse que los edificios y sus servicios permitan la continuidad del negocio así como la satisfacción de necesidades de las personas que trabajan en ellos.- Lidera un equipo y/o administra las actividades diarias de una planta/CEDIS- Construye y desarrolla relaciones efectivas entre clientes y partes interesadas en múltiples níveles de la organización- Generar y administrar el presupuesto del sitio, llevar la contabilidad y finanzas del mantenimiento y operaciones, servicios por contrato, compra de materiales, equipos y suministros, servicios de ocupación y de asistencia del sitio.- Asegura que los proveedores estén bien administrados, entregando servicios a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto- Asegura que los procesos de adquisición de proveedores cumplan con las pautas acordadas de adquisición de clientes, así como con las mejores prácticas de JLL- Asegurar la provisión de un entorno de trabajo seguro**_ Requisitos_**- 5 años de experiência en posiciones Gerencial de mantenimiento o Facilities en planta industrial o Cedis.- Ingles avanzado- Ingenieria mecánico, eléctrico y/o administrador- Conocimiento de los requisitos locales de seguridad y salud ocupacional- Conocimiento de instalaciones criticas- Conocimiento de la gestión de proveedores para servicios especializados- Comprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad- Capacidad demostrada para entender e interpretar contratos comerciales- Fuertes habilidades de gestión presupuestaria y análisis financiero- Liderazgo- Proactividad- Servicio al Cliente
