**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Develop and manage a results driven sales team.- Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager.- Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.- Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.- Field travel required to support costumers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.- Large scale food manufacturing.- Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for them to process the raw materials.- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems (AutoCad experience).- Strong negotiation and closing skills.**Education & Experience**- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Technical Sales or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial and food industry.- Bachelor´s degree required. Preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. (could be Business degree as well).- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
