Digital Sales Coordinator

The position is responsible for managing digital sales, campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM), and month-over-month lead generation to ensure the achievement of objectives.- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field)- 1-3 years in digital sales, marketing, or a similar role.- Experience managing teams- Strong communication skills- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)- Data analytics skills- Manage and maintain the dealership's website, digital lead management system (LMS) and digital team.- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate digital projects across the dealer network. This includes defining objectives and monitoring performance (KPI's) to guarantee digital sales.- Strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, CX and other relevant teams.- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all dealership's social media channels and digital platforms. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.- Develop and implement new growth strategies for the website and LMS. Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing and conversion experiments to optimize performance.- Implement automation technologies such as Chatbots and CRMs to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
