In surgery, orthopedics, vision, and interventional solutions, we continue to help save lives and create a future where healthcare solutions are smarter, less invasive, and more personalized.**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Cost Analyst to be in Juarez, Mexico****Purpose**:Responsibilities include reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.**You will be responsible for**:- Review activities associated with the annual business planning process, quarterly updates and advise management- Supports company strategy and development by preparing and leading major financial forecast cycles, including assessments to Spend, Headcount, and Manufacturing Variances. Also, identify opportunities and risk assessment- Provide leadership among teams, presentations to finance and functional senior management- Ensure SOX compliance and support plant audits- Month-end close responsibilities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, profit reviews, financial reports, and corporate submissions)- Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts, ownership- Inventory accounting including SLOB and Full Absorption calculations- Product cost, and support for new product introductions- Lead Annual Cost Revision process and support cost estimate for new products.- Ad hoc analysis, gross profit and price/volume analysis, presentations for senior management, enterprise reporting, industry benchmarking and strategic data analysis.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,- Encouraged to have 3 Years of relevant work experience in Finance.- Fluent Spanish and Intermediate- Advance English- Possess strong business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner- Identify and articulate ways to pursue and manage informed risks in ambiguous or uncertain situations based on sound value propositions- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must- Drive communication across different levels of the organization, acting as team player- Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail- Proven integrity and professionalism
