**Project Manager****Location**: Camp Blaz, Guam**Shift**: Mon - Fri (8:00 - 5:00 pm)**FLSA Classification**: Exempt - Salaried**Employment Class**: Full-Time Regular**Position Summary**:**Potawatomi Support Services** (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified** **Project Manager **for Facility Management Service Contract located in an OCONUS military installation (Guam).**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Seeking a project manager who has the following skills: Collaboration, Teamwork, Communication, Time Management, Leadership, Organization, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking.- Checking in with the client or other stakeholders to update them on the project's progress.- Reviewing the appropriate documentation to assess project risks, budget, schedule, and scope.- Monitoring progress and dealing with project changes by reallocating resources, including team members.- Plans resources, handles finances, and organizes the business documents related to the project.- Works directly with higher management to streamline the entire project management process to ensure the project has a set direction for success and meets this definition of success at the completion period.- Assist with the proposal/addendums and contract/modifications preparations and submissions- Assist with agency-sponsored and local organization industry engagements and marketing related to the contract and new work at multiple sites- Assist with local government business-related requirements (i.e., business taxes)- May require travel in support of additional federal opportunities.**Education & Experience Requirements**:- Has a Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as project management, business, etc.- At least five (5) years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts.- At least five (5) years experience in federal contract and worked in federal installations such as military bases in OCONUS locations**Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands**:- Some walking and standing are required. You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books, tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.- Most of the work is performed indoors- Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time- Requires standing for periodically- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend**Other Requirements**:- Must provide satisfactory Proof of Legal Residency and proof of U.S. citizenship**Other**:Position is contingent upon award of contractPotawatomi Support Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
