**Job Title: Software R&D Engineer*******Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco****Summary**As a Software R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our organization and enhance our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that software products are developed to the highest standards.**Responsibility**- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions- Analyze existing software architecture and identify opportunities for improvement in structure, design, and reliability- Manage the release process including versioning and product management- Travel to customer sites to provide technical support for software- Perform other duties assigned**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field- At least 5years of experience in SW R&D with 3+ years in C++ language- SW OOP analysis and design- C#,.NET, WPF, C++, MFC- Client/Server program, TCP/IP communication- RDBMS MS-SQL/MS Access/SQL Lite- 2D/3D graphic GDI+, OpenGL, OpenCV, Other graphic library- Qualified to travel abroad- Required bilingual in English- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.**Preferred skills**- Multi-threading (Thread, Task) knowledge- MVVM, Dependency Injection knowledge- Familiar with Prism, SharpDX- Familiar with WPF custom controls- Window OS Knowledge
