Amdministrar y gestionar los diferentes procesos de servicios al personal a través de la administración y actualización de los sistemas de gente y cultura para asegurar una adecuada y oportuna administración de los recursos, la comunicación y la información del personal.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Generar los procesos de altas del personal semanal de nuevo ingreso en todas las plataformas requeridas por la empresa.- Administración y resguardo de expedientes del personal semanal.- Coordinación de incidencias de nómina con Supervisores/ Lideres- Validación de incidencias semanales junto con Analista de Nominas.- Captura de listas de asistencia de entrenamientos en TMS- Coordinar agenda de cursos con lideres y supervisores- Generar los procesos de baja del personal operativo en todas las plataformas requeridas por la empresa.- Solicitud de finiquitos de personal semanal.- Entrega de finiquitos y firma de kit de salida para renuncias voluntarias.- Comunicación de calendario de campañas de beneficios como ayuda escolar anual.- Comunicación de programas internos, como empleados del mes, cumpleaños del mes, concursos internos, etc.- Comunicación y difusión interna de información organizacional.- Administración de prestaciones como ayuda escolar.- Elaboración de requisiciones de pago a proveedores administrados por Gente y Cultura.- Administración del servicio de limpieza y coordinación de actividades.- Elaboración de requisiciones de insumos de cafetería, papelería, limpieza, EPP (coordinar con compras), transporte, limpieza, etc.- Organización de eventos en conjunto con el equipo de Gente y Cultura.- Colaborar en proyectos varios derivados de iniciativas del equipo de Gente y Cultura.**Competencias de liderazgo**:- Orientación a resultados- Orientación al cliente- Actitud de servicio- Comunicación efectiva- Organización y planeación**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Administración, Relaciones Industriales o carrera afin terminada.1 año de experiência en:- Sistemas de nómina (deseable en Tress).- Conocimientos básicos en procesos de Capacitación.- Conocimiento de la norma ISO 9001 en las secciones correspondientes a los procesos de Recursos Humanos.- Excel intermedio-avanzado.- Ingles intermedio**Experience**: Preferred- Ingles- Excel- Capacitación- Pre nomina**Education**: Preferred- Bachelor's degree or better**Behaviors**: Preferred- Team Player: Works well as a member of a group- Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest- Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well**Motivations**: Preferred- Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization- Growth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility
