As of 2024 we have brought billions of dollars in credit to 12 million customers, doubling in the last two years while remaining strongly profitable and sustainable for the long term.**This role**The Director of Strategy and Corporate Development is responsible for building and managing a small team that gathers insights from customer interviews, research and data analysis to address key issues such as growth in key markets, analyzing the credit card market in specific countries and identifying competitive advantages.**Responsibilities**:- Lead short (3-4 week) projects to leverage expert networks and original research to analyze and answer key business questions.- Work with business leaders to turn insights into real business improvements.- Oversee the company’s annual planning process to set priorities and allocate resources.- Develop and manage a structured approach to evaluating acquisition opportunities.- Conduct financial analysis to assess potential acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.- Support deal negotiations and due diligence, coordinating with teams across the company (product, engineering, legal, finance, etc.).- Prepare executive presentations, including board reports, investor updates, and financial reviews.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT or related field.
