Mexico City, MEX, Mexico**and **1** more*****BE THE FIRST TO APPLY*****Ford Credit IT is seeking for a DevOps and QA Automation Engineer to assist teams developing best in class consumer facing apps, methods, and tools to create higher quality software more efficiently.- This person will assist teams by understanding their software and creating automation and integrations that help the teams achieve better traceability.- This person will also provide feedback into the Software Development Ecosystem backlog to help drive continuous improvement in the toolset.**Responsibilities for Automation**:- Knowledge of Selenium Test Environment (STE) and the ability to configure it- Ability to create automated script and various integrations for Mobile apps with frameworks leveraging Appium for both iOS and Android.- Communication and interaction with customers and engineering to solve their problems.- Development of equipment automation plans and their approval- Knowledge of various programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation tools.- Act as a pivotal person in arriving for Quality assurance for the Mobile apps.- Strong inclination towards shift left approach.**Responsibilities**:- Assisting in the on-boarding of new Development Teams- Designing, building, and implementing cross tool integrations- Designing and preparing for data migrations- Helps in creating and maintaining documentation for tools- Proficiency in Shell Script,Python,Java- Strong knowledge in secured software development involving DevSecOps principles.- Strong sense of code with ability to review code using SonarQube, Check Marx, rework and deliver Quality code.**Nice to Have Skills**:- Should have knowledge on basic cloud services and infrastructure as a code.- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience.- Demonstrated ability to work on robust and fast paced environment targeting a major transformation.JOB INFO- Job Identification- 34426- Job Category- Enterprise Technology- Posting Date- 08/22/2024, 02:56 PM- Degree Level- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Job Schedule- Full time- Locations- Henry Ford No. 100, Piso 5, Naucalpan de Juárez, MEX, 53126, MX
