Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing the international freight forwarding and the related operational administrative duties, including but not limited to, determining the correct method of shipment, and providing an unbroken logistics chain for different goods.**This position reports to**:Warehouse Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Define and maintain an ocean consolidation strategy for inbound shipment.- Develop and manage standard operating procedures and shipping practices to effectively and efficiently carry out logistics activities.- Provide customs clearance support to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods.- Proactively work with carriers to identify and eliminate any obstacles in Logistics and demonstrate process improvement and operational efficiencies.- File carriers claims with carriers.- Resolve transportation issues with logistics, customer service, sales, demand planning, project management and manufacturing to achieve committed deliveries to customers (external and internal).- Maintain effective track and trace process with in-transit shipments.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration or related.- 2 years of experience in logistic of experience required.- Customer service-oriented must have a sense of urgency and prioritize work.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with MS Office and any ERP.- Advanced level of English.- USA VISA is required.**More about us**:
