**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop, implement, and maintain AI tools tailored to business and/or customer needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and performance.- Create technical documentation and provide training for internal stakeholders on using AI tools effectively.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML models and data pipelines.**Qualifications**:- Professional or Academic experience working with AI of at least 2 years.- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and/or AI APIs (chatGPT, LangChain/LangGraph, oLlama, etc.)- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production environments.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.- PhD in a relevant field is a plus.- High Level English**Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and etc.- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.**Soft Skills**:- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.- Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.- Contributions to AI research or open-source projects.**Our Benefits**:- Open Salary- Gym Card- Medical insurance- English platform- Payment of certifications- Hybrid workPay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- ¿Tienes experiência enfocada en la directa aplicación de Modelos LLM y Prompting?- ¿Has trabajado con librerias como Panda, NumPy, SciPy?- How many years of professional or academic experience do you have with AI?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
