This could be in our internal Stack Overflow support instance, modifying or creating new Jenkins jobs, test automation, or changing or adding new customer environments in our support infrastructure (virtualized or physical). We have a lot to do, and we are looking for great technical people like you to be part of a team that delivers outstanding SW support.**Responsibilities Software Engineer III (Artificial Intelligence)**:- Our AI engineer will work on state-of-the-art AI research to implement a tool for our customers to analyze information from the field to identify/address issues.- Work with multiple teams to translate data-driven insights into production-ready code that delivers better analysis for customers and support teams.- Drive the development of predictive models of learning processes and performance and provide real-time data and recommendations to customer and support teams- Look for opportunities to use AI, including the development of new algorithms and adopting existing techniques, in our products to improve customer outcomes- Explore opportunities to support the (partial) automation of the creation of adaptive learning content- Support the design of production data pipelines as needed to support machine learning and AI workflows- Work closely with Research organization and act as a bridge to integrate their results into our product offerings- Consult with others in the company on opportunities to leverage data to improve operations**Required Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent experience.- Experience working in software development and/or support, with strong knowledge of software development life cycle process.- Solid ability to effectively prioritize work, juggling daily support responsibilities, and responsiveness to customers.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Solid Problem Analysis and Solving Skills: solid ability to troubleshoot a complex issue down to potential contributing components, identify root cases if possible or gather supporting evidence for escalation.- Effective communication.- Experience with the following technologies:- Git- Linux (General know-how, scripting, configuration )- Python- Django- Data science- Pandas/Spark- Spark pipelines- Experience in AI frameworks could be (Tensorflow, pytorch ,keras)- developing, constructing, and managing the data pipeline- Clustering experience- REST API- Swagger/Open API- VUE (Typescript)- UT (Pytest)- CI/CD- Jenkins pipeline- Selenium (Just knowing how to configure and run it’s enough)- Jenkins/Docker integration- Maven**Preferred Skills**:- Azure- Mongo- Cosmos DB- NLP experience- Embeddings- Ansible- Node.js- General web development (CSS/HT**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
