**Job Summary****Key Responsibilities**- Design, develop, and implement **custom solutions** within ERP/CRM platforms.- Build and maintain **integrations** using Node.js, Python, and SQL for system interoperability.- Lead **client-facing sessions**, including discovery, solution presentations, and technical workshops.- Translate business requirements into **technical specifications** and scalable solutions.- Act as the **technical project lead**, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and document ERP/CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consulting, product, and support) to ensure client success.**Required Skills & Experience****Technical Skills**- Strong experience with **ERP/CRM systems** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP).- Proficiency in **Node.js** and/or **Python** for backend development and automation.- Advanced knowledge of **SQL** for queries, reporting, and database management.- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integration methods.**Professional Skills**- **Advanced client-facing abilities**: skilled at running meetings, presenting solutions, and handling challenging discussions.- Proven ability to **lead projects** independently from scoping through delivery.- Strong **time management** and **self-management** skills, comfortable operating with mínimal supervision.- Excellent communication skills in **business-level English**, both written and verbal.- Demonstrated ability to **self-learn** new technologies and adapt quickly.**Preferred Qualifications**- Prior experience in a **consulting or solutions engineering** environment.- Exposure to **front-end frameworks** (React, Angular, or Vue.js).- Background in **enterprise integrations**:- Project management certification or equivalent hands-on experience leading technical projects.Pay: $75,000.00 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 08/09/2025
