Your role will grow as we further deploy and expand our WorkDay coverage both geographically and capability.Reporting to the Workday Security Lead this role is accountable for ensuring that WPP's Workday security is controlled, modified, and provisioned as per our operating procedures and controls. Any Reporting experience will be a Plus.This is an exciting and varied role working with the wider Workday Services team and our AMS partner to provide a world class level of Workday support and development on a day-to-day basis and in support of Workday project deployments.The new WorkDay Services team provides the post go-live support, maintenance and enhancement of the WorkDay solution that replaces some of our core technology and influences our ways of working for many of our colleagues at WPP.This flagship programme will see Workday deployed across our global landscape to address the technology needs of Finance, Projects, and our People function - so essentially it touches all of our employees to some degree. The key to this programme is that technology is an enabler for change, it's at the heart of what we do, but it's not all of what we do. The people aspects of this programme are vital to its success. This role will help deliver that success on an ongoing basis for many years to come.**Key Responsibilities**- Understanding of Security Design model in an ERP System a Must. Workday is a Plus.- Ensuring Workday platform is designed, maintained, and operated in line with the WPP Data Privacy and Security Charter & General Computer Controls- Working closely with the Workday Security Lead to manage and maintain the SOD model- Working closely with the WPP Technology and Security Risk Team to gain assurance of the effectiveness of IT Controls across Workday Platform and Infrastructure- Assist with security design changes and implementation post go-live including 3rd party systems that use Workday security roles (e.g. Zimit)- Testing of security design changes including planning and executing tests- Provide input into the future operating model of Workday Services- Hypercare support planning to address common issues at go-lives such as segmented security with an expedited process- Provide consultation for the rest of the Workday Services team to discuss security implications of proposed changes- Accountable for maintaining Workday security and associated process documentation- Champion recommendations for continuous improvement- At least 2 year or more experience with a larger ERP system like Salesforce, SAP or others.
