**Position Overview**:Production Manager will work in conjunction with Operations leadership, Production Supervisors and Production Associates across the organization in order to analyze, develop, and execute strategies in support of the company’s goals.**Principle Responsibilities**:- Optimization of manufacturing and operations processes for product quality, cost efficiency, safety, and overall company profitability.- Frequently resolves problems through research of multiple alternatives and uses advanced problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills that are required to manage the Production team successfully.- Allocates work to ensure completion and quality of product.- Anticipates issues and problems before they impact quality or production and resolves them through analysis, common sense, and sound decision making.- Responsible for tracking metrics on a weekly and monthly basis to report to Operations leadership.- Manages any deviations from expectations of missed goals or production and successfully creates solutions to resolve issues causing deviation.- Identify, coordinate, implement, and lead Lean initiatives in Manufacturing and Operations.- Identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies and processes. Responsible for ensuring all costs and required resources for successful execution of new products or technologies are planned for and approved by Operations leadership, Finance, and Product Marketing.- Prioritize projects and activities based on value they will deliver to the business.- Design and implementation of manufacturing and production processes to efficiently produce new products.- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and adjust priorities in response to changing business needs.- Leverages resources and motivates personnel to create a high performance culture.- Ensures all levels of employees on team are well informed of the team goals and how they align to the company goals.**To be successful in this role one must demonstrate**:- Leadership skills.- Resourcefulness.- Analytical skills.- Innovation.- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish).- Excellent time management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree (technical field is preferred but not required).- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or operations role with significant responsibility and proven results.- Experience and demonstrated success in a leadership role managing/optimizing manufacturing and operations.- Proven people management skills with a track record of success in training and leading Managers in a manufacturing environment.- Training in Lean principles and successful execution of Lean initiatives.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.- Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute effective solutions to manufacturing and operations challenges.- Excellent with numbers, calculations, reporting, and quantitative analysis.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $111,111.00 - $1,111,111.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
