**About the Role**We seek a highly skilled and motivated **IT Cloud Security Engineer**to join our growing cybersecurity team. This role will involve architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust security controls across our cloud and on-premises environments. You will help protect critical systems and data, drive compliance initiatives, and enhance our security through automation, monitoring, and strategic risk management.**Key Responsibilities**- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructures across **AWS**and **Azure**, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.- Manage and secure endpoint devices using **Microsoft Intune**and **Mobile Device Management (MDM)**platforms.- Develop and maintain automated **audit trails**, system monitoring, and **security configuration checks**to detect and prevent malicious activity.- Support internal and external audits, ensuring systems meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements (e.g., **NIST**, **ISO 27001**, **GDPR**).- Design and enforce **IAM**policies, including RBAC, MFA, and privileged access management.- Implement and monitor **VPN**solutions and ensure secure network configurations, segmentation, and **firewall**enforcement.- Utilize **SIEM**, **SOAR**, and **XDR**platforms for real-time threat detection, incident response, and forensic analysis.- Develop, maintain, and enforce **security policies**, standards, and best practices across the organization.- Triage, investigate, and resolve security-related tickets and alerts efficiently and thoroughly.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 3-5+ years of experience in IT Security, with a strong focus on **cloud security**and enterprise environments.- Proven hands-on experience with **AWS Security Hub**, **Azure Defender**, **Intune**, **Exchange**, **Barracuda**, and related technologies.- Strong working knowledge of **SIEM**(e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), **SOAR**, and **XDR**platforms.- Understanding of network protocols, **VPN**, and **firewall management**.- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as **ISO 27001**, **NIST**, **SOC 2**, or **HIPAA**.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Industry certifications such as **AWS Certified Security - Specialty**, **Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate**, **CISSP**, **Security+**, or **CEH**are highly desirable.**Job Types**: Contract, PermanentWork Location: Remote
