**What your background should look like**:**Knowledge**- Thorough knowledge of technical tools specific to the job function: e.g. CAD, CAE, industrial or quality engineering tools.- Thorough knowledge of general engineering tools (LEAN or 6-sigma) such as DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.- Deep technical knowledge of the product domain the engineer is working in.- Develops product families or undertakes small and medium size projects.- Manages technical elements while maintaining performance and schedule.- Mainly acts as core team member**Responsibility**- Influence in present role for multiple projects.- Contributes to multiple project level technology and product decisions.- Contributes to technical function initiatives across multiple projects**Must Haves**:- Bachelors degree- Experience implementing or leading SMED- Developing plastic injection processes, EPDM, silicone and others.- Develop procedures to control injection processes- Coordinate sampling for NPI and/or new molds- Optimization of cycles and saving projects- English**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
