_**Technical Support Analyst **_**(Bilingual & Trilingual)**_BASE SALARY:- $17,000 (Bilingual)- $25,000 (Trilingual)- Home office 100%- Health Insurance- Food Vauchers (Monthly) 7% of your salary.- Economic support for the payment of home energy and internet bills (Monthly)- New Laptop, and Computer Monitor.- Days off: twice a weekREQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required or Trilingual in English, Spanish and French is required.- Indistinct nationality.- Residencial requirements: currently living within the Mexican Republic with valid FM2- Minimum of 1 year in customer support and administration in tech/software support role (Omnitracs, YASC, Teleperformance, etc)- Ability to identify problems/challenges through conversation and create resolutions for customers quickly and efficiently- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues- Experience creating and maintaining customer relationships- Team player with a positive attitude and the drive to go above and beyond to achieve success- Experience in customer service (support or sales)- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly- Zendesk experience is an asset- Education/ academic experience in IT and Computer Science would be an added bonus- Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Effectively troubleshoot issues with urgency, working hard to solve every customer issue on their first contact- You will know the product inside and out- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner- Update Zendesk cases with all appropriate information pertaining to your customer interactions- Customer retention through relationship buildingHours of Operations: Our Technical Support Centre is a 7/24/365 operation (availability to work weekends as well as holidays is required); various shifts are available, your schedule will be established upon your hire date.All applicants should have flexibility to work and amend their schedules as needed.Bilingual 13:00 to 23:00 hrs (rotate shifts: 13:00 - 20:00 hrs, 14:00-21 hrs, 15:00 - 23:00 hrs)Trilingual 7:00 to 19:00 hrs (8 hours shifts)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $17,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye días feriados- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Trabajar desde casa- Vales de despensa
