We use the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect.We want you to join us to work for the biggest clients in tech, retail, travel, banking, ecommerce and media, revolutionizing and growing their core businesses while helping them (and you) stay ahead of the curve.Be part of a company with the most cutting-edge practices and technologies plus a unique team.We are looking for a **Delivery Director**to join our team at **Globant**The Delivery Director solutioning role aims to identify the potential and cultivate the career path of those digital studio members (Product, Design, Data, Cloud, Scalable, etc) that share a willingness to:- Actively participate in the high quality delivery of solutions for our clients,- Executive thought leadership and aid in decision making,- Co-creation (feasibility analysis and alternatives design) and the integration of off the shelf solutions with customized implementations,- Executive management of dependencies and risks, and- Managing our client’s business impact.**Capabilities****Project Leadership and integral delivery responsibilities**- Approach projects holistically, owning and driving end-to-end delivery of solutions.- Lead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areas.- Manage client governance and communication processes.**Solutioning: Thought Leadership & Advisory**- Frame and analyze complex problems.- Assess areas of opportunity, in line with overall vision and strategy.- Develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues.- Create and deliver compelling recommendations and presentations to senior client leadership, aligned to audience and purpose- Play a key role in informing and influencing senior client decision making.- Lead, coach and influence top management (CEO, COO, CIO) from a variety of company types (large organizations, disruptive start-ups)- Define and successfully execute a transformation program while upholding business KPIs.**Be a Commercial Market Expert**:- Proactively participate in the clear mission and vision for client programs.- Proactively participate in the creation of a viable go to market strategy given the competitive landscape.- Proactively participate in the measurement of industry & business specific KPIs.**Desired Qualifications**We are looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual & analytical capabilities, pragmatic problem-solving skills, strong communications & influencing capabilities, a robust strategy toolkit and a passion to effect change across the organization at the most senior levels.- Engineering Bachelor’s degree required, or advanced degree strongly preferred.- 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management- 5+ years experience in a consulting firm or similar consulting capacity.- Strong English communications skills.- Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities.- Strong communication skills including experience in developing C-suite presentations.- Experience in structuring & delivering technology strategy projects- Broad understanding of current technology practices (Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Enterprise Data Management, etc.)- Collaborative work style / leadership presence.- Ability to effectively interact with & earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization.- Strong project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Executive presence: self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion to deliver results.- Storytelling: can use narratives to create an emotional connection with clients.- Open minded and respectful of various points of view and beliefs.We are ready.
