With a diverse team of over 70 skilled professionals across Latin America and the US, we are committed to delivering software that drives success.**Position Overview**:We're looking for a Partnerships Success Manager to join our team to support and execute partnership deliverables across digital, social, podcast, newsletter, and event sponsorships. This person will play a critical role in ensuring our partners see value in their engagement with our company, driving long-term retention and success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and execute partnership deliverables across multiple channels, ensuring all obligations are met.- Lead partner onboarding calls, setting clear expectations and ensuring a smooth activation process.- Maintain an organized calendar for partner commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.- Track, analyze, and report key metrics to partners, providing insights that demonstrate ROI.- Collaborate internally to optimize and enhance partner activations for better engagement and impact.- Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner success and drive renewals year over year.- Serve as the primary point of contact for a number of partners, fostering strong relationships and providing excellent support.- Support on social media posts related to partners and events.**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, marketing, or a related role.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and deadlines.- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analyzing performance metrics.- A proactive problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve and optimize.- Experience working with startups or corporate partnerships is a plus.- Thrives in a small, fast-paced team environment, taking initiative and bringing creative ideas to the table without the constraints of corporate red tape
