As a Procurement Operations Associate, this is an excellent opportunity to work with Accounting, Finance and Vendor Management teams to support procurement and financial operations.**_ Note: This is a HYBRID role based in our Mexico City office. In order to be considered for the role, please submit your resume in English._**Benefits and Perks**:**How you'll contribute**:- Oversee purchase requisition requests with effective communication and a keen sense of urgency- Create POs where applicable and provide non-PO invoice coding to enable timely and accurate invoice processing and accurate financial reporting.- Provide end-user / stakeholder training- Ensure accurate coding to provide meaningful reporting and identify opportunities to use data to drive business decisions.- Design, simplify, and automate finance and payment workflows and partner on system enhancements to help automate workflows to scale.- Driving projects that help to simplify and automate manual workflows.
