Manage the customers discrete and program orders on a daily basis.- Controls discrete orders to insure 100% on time delivery performance. Analyze customer behavior and programs and provide solutions to achieve a 100% on time rate.- Manage additions, changes, and deletions to the customer programs.- Continuously identify opportunities to improve our customer programs.- Supports Customers and Outside Sales with Quotes as requested.- Follow-up on customer inquiries, open quotes, and unresolved requests to insure resolution.- Collaborate with the team to identify, research, and resolve customer issues.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $28,000.00 - $33,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)- Fasteners /MRO: 2 years (preferred)- SAP: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: In person
