**We help the world run better****What we offer****JOB SUMMARY**As part of the Procurement Supplier Services (PSS) North America team, the Supplier Integration Program Specialist is responsible for managing strategic, regional projects supporting the enablement of trading partners to the SAP Business Network.The Supplier Integration Program Specialist will focus on partnering with cross-functional SAP Business Network supplier enablement teams to enforce and continually improve global and regionally defined processes. Critical thinking, business analytics, project management and change management skills are required to proactively manage initiatives and programs supporting the NAMER PSS team. Functional knowledge of SAP Business Network for Procurement and supplier enablement services will be used to provide consultation to internal and external customers.Strong verbal and written communication in English, business acumen, presentation skills and experience in dealing with C-suite executives are a must.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****Customer Focus**Trusted advisor to our buyers and especially suppliers, providing best practice guidance on enablement, integration and catalog enablement on SAP Business Network for Procurement. Assists all assigned suppliers in the completion of their enablement tasks, from the initial outreach phase, through integration testing, and until the supplier is ready to transact with the buyer on the SAP Business Network.Prioritizes strategic suppliers and strategic accounts based on record information in the system.**Sales**Assists all assigned suppliers in understanding key value add for their specific industry and internal business objectives. Comprehend the art of selling value and adjusting language and approach for your audience. Discuss the integration options that best meet the needs of the suppliers.**SAP Ariba Solution Expertise**Knows SAP Business Network and Supplier Enablement Automation features, understands the value of e-commerce and SAP Business Network, and assists in the supplier education process with customer-specific training guidesUnderstands integration and cXML and EDI basics, including punchout catalog.**Accountability**Manages projects define deliverables, and provides definitive advice and interpretation of situationsEnsures business-critical & innovative resultsManages escalation appropriatelyBuilds strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in customer & partner organizationCan make functional decisions and recommendations of a broad natureResponsible for delivery of outcomes of complex and innovative functional issues integrating client needs, the strategic business goal of the function, and financial objectivesResponsible for defining and delivering integration projects to meet agreed-upon target Go Live datesAssist in resolving technical issues related to CIF and Punchout catalogs, the transmission of all electronic formats supported by SAP Ariba Supplier Integration (cXML, EDI, PIDX etc), including PDF and CSV documents on the SAP Business Network, as well as issues related to syntax, structure, and validation against business rules.Educate clients (buyers and suppliers) on integration functionality and deployment processes.**Complexity**Simultaneously manage multiple large, complex projects and organize workload based on various stages and complexity.Ability to understand the SAP Ariba product portfolio and SAP Business Network and how they affect Supplier and Trading Partners, the services provided by PSS and internal delivery processes.Consult with strategic suppliers on SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network onboarding, catalog enablement, integration strategy and integration best practices.Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects)Self starter with mínimal guidance and oversight, works independently on topics while setting priorities and having sole responsibility for a successful outcome.Provides regular project status and updates.**Teamwork**Works collaboratively with internal and external resources towards a common success.Implements governance of projects by proactively escalating issues to immediate manager and project teams.**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required5+ years of relevant experience in project managementPrevious experience with supporting or selling a technical or service delivery productProficient in using project management principles; meeting expected deadlines; project governanceIndividuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relationsProven ability to adhere to customer timelines and proven success in working under pressurePolished customer service skills and business acumenStrong creative and critical thinking, business analytical and organizational s
