Empire National is a fast growing logistic company, with headquarters office in USA and operations offices in Monterrey N.L. and eastern europe (Ucraine & Poland). We have 6 years of experience in land, sea and air freight.Our Mexican Operations department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Tracking & Operations night shift position.**About the role**:- Track and dispatch freight- Create and maintain contact with customers to assure timely delivery- Interact with third-party logistics service providers- Manage freight documentation- Maintain communication with operators staff to assure proper working order- Assist our operators 24/7 while enroute- Create and update shipment information in the database- Organize files both manually and electronically- Proficiency in English (spoken and written, 70% of our clients and providors are located in the USA)- Strong organizational skills- Strong communication skills- Provlem-solving ability- Microsoft Office Basic- Age: 18-24Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $1.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono anual- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Nocturno- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad de turnos:- Turno nocturno (Obligatorio)
