**Vacante para la empresa SSOE GROUP DE MEXICO en Zona Norte - León Gto -León, Guanajuato**:**Human Resources - Generalist - Gto**SSOE Group general metrics:- **28% - of our employees have been with SSOE for 10 years or more.**:- ** 15% - percentage of employees with tenure exceeding 15 years.**:- ** 99% - our CEO’s approval rating on Glassdoor.**:- ** 98% - portion of our clients who say they would recommend us to a colleague.****Responsibilities**The following duties are typical of the position:**Hiring and Onboarding**- Drafting employment contracts- Registering new employees in the company's systems- Coordinating the delivery of work equipment and tools**Incident Control**- Monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions- Handling termination processes and deregistration in internal systems- Conducting exit interviews**Employee Counseling and Development**- Assisting managers with staff counseling and development- Providing assistance with the corrective action program**Benefits Administration**Under direction and in partnership of Corporate Benefits Team:- Administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policies- Annual renewal with providers and follow-up on claims and employee inquiries- Assists with organizing, communicating, and implementing benefits and perks- Maintaining relationships with providers and conducting internal benefit campaigns- Providing employee support and problem resolution**Policies and Procedures**- Assist in drafting policies and procedures- Updating the internal portal**Organizational Development**- Assist HR Manger with accessing the work environment, performance evaluations, and training needs of employees- Applying, interpreting, and monitoring compliance with NOM035- Assist with drafting job descriptions and evaluations- Collaborating with managers on the annual salary strategy**Learning and Development (L&D)**Under direction and in partnership with Corporate L&D team:- Coordinating ongoing L&D programs, including communication with participants and managers, organizing venues, registration and monitoring of enrollments, preparing materials, and follow-up evaluations- Identifying and assessing training needs- Evaluating feedback from training sessions and making improvements- Establishing relationships with providers to meet training needs- Participating in Managerial meetings and training or safety committees as needed**What You Will Bring**:- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related.- With seven to ten years (7 - 10 or more years) of related practical experience with former employers- ** Advanced English level (Capable to maintain daily business conversations)**:- Experience with NOM 035 / Learning and Development / Talent Management / Organizational Development**We are in León, Guanajuato (It is a must requirement)****What We Bring**:- Monthly gross based Salary- Schedule Monday to Friday- Grocery Coupons- Major Medical insurance (Family Plan)- Healthcare Dental and Vision insurance (Family Plan)- Private Minor medical insurance- Internal Wellness program- Personal Career plan- Christmas bonus and Vacation premium above the Law- And many more**Additional Perks Offered**:*- A mindset of continuous learning where you are encouraged to ask questions, bring fresh ideas to the table, and pursue your professional development goals.- A formal career path and real opportunities for advancement.- A holistic approach to compensation and benefits that supports your physical and mental health, encourages work-life balance, and empowers your career advancement and financial success.- ****Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Recursos humanos**Industria**:Ingeniería Civíl**Habilidades**:- RH- Human resouces- Desarrollo Organizacional- HR Generalist
