En Grupo Acceon, somos empresa líder en el sector de tecnología dedicada a la **comercialización de Hardware, Software y Servicios.En nuestra historia, hemos destacado por brindar soluciones innovadoras y de calidad a nuestros clientes.** Ofrecemos un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo, donde el crecimiento profesional y el desarrollo personal son pilares fundamentales.Buscamos talento para el área de People Happiness como**:HRBP JR****Objetivo del puesto**:Actuar como un enlace entre el área de Recursos Humanos y las unidades de negocio asignadas, brindando soporte en temas de gestión del talento, clima laboral, relaciones laborales, y cumplimiento normativo, con un enfoque en alineación de personas y estrategia de negocio.Tu día a día:- Apoyar en la implementación de iniciativas de capital humano alineadas a las necesidades del área asignada.- Dar seguimiento a los planes de acción derivados de encuestas de clima laboral o evaluaciones internas.- Participar en reuniones operativas para identificar necesidades de talento o problemáticas de personal.- Gestionar la aplicación de evaluaciones de desempeño.- Dar seguimiento a planes de desarrollo individuales y programas de capacitación.- Apoyar en la detección de necesidades de entrenamiento.- Atender incidencias laborales menores (quejas, malentendidos, conflictos internos).- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, procedimientos y la normatividad laboral aplicable (LFT, NOM-035).- Canalizar situaciones complejas a áreas especializadas (jurídico, relaciones laborales).- Participar en procesos de promoción, cambios de puesto o movimientos internos.- Apoyar en entrevistas de salida y análisis de rotación.- Dar seguimiento a iniciativas de retención.- Elaborar reportes sobre rotación, ausentismo, desempeño, clima laboral, etc.- Presentar avances a la coordinación de capital Humano.- Actividades administrativas: onboarding, contratos, llenado de documentos, reportes, etc.**Requisitos**:- **Escolaridad**: Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales o afín.- **Experiência**: De 1 a 2 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos; idealmente con exposición a procesos de talento, clima laboral y relaciones laborales, plus, proceso de nómina.**Conocimientos**:- Fundamentos de la LFT y NOM-035.- Procesos básicos - intermedio de RH (reclutamiento, capacitación, desempeño, etc.).- Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas de gestión de talento.**Habilidades**:- Pasión por trabajar en RH, es la habilidad más importante.- Comunicación interpersonal.- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones.- Actitud de servicio y resolución de problemas.- Trabajo en equipo y confidencialidad.Este perfil está diseñado para un profesional en crecimiento que busca integrarse como un socio estratégico en formación, ideal para empresas medianas o grandes que ya operan con un modelo de HR Business Partners.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
