Order Management Specialist

We are hiring an **Order Management Specialist** toensure accurate and timely processing of Designtex orders to establish and maintain an effective customer experience.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Maintain up to date on the Company’s products, to enable timely and accurate assistance to Sales Representatives and customers.- Setting up of new customer accounts, checking to ensure the account does not already exist and making sure to include all relevant info which is complete and accurate for the new account.- Ensure timely and accurate order entry, including specifier and pricing information.- Convert Quotes and Reserves to sales orders.- Process order changes & updates in an accurate and timely manner.- Monitor open order report daily and confirm dates for performance to customer expectation and Designtex promise date, keeping schedule to promise.- Communicate acknowledgement date changes to Sales Support.- Arranging for fabric cuttings when requested by the customer.Engage in continuous personal improvement to pursue training and knowledge on Designtex products and Processes.**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**:We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.- Employee Assistance Program, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life.
