**Human Resources Generalist**:- Location: Mexico City, MEX, MX- OnsiteIn Xanik we are dedicated for over 42 years to the manufacture of valves, in the main industrial sectors, committed to quality and customer service around the world.We have developed a state of the art facility centrally located in Mexico City. We have brought all NDE capabilities in-house in order to provide the best quality valves and services all in very short deliveries. We own all our patterns and designs while remaining committed a continuous product improvement training and technological advances. We have a strategic alliance in place with our principal foundries (located a few hours away), in order to provide superior service to our customers and ensure continued quality in our valves.Our valves are manufactured following the major international standards like ASME, ASTM, API, NACE, MSS-SP among others, as well complying with our End Users special specifications and requirements. Xanik valves are included in the Approved Manufacturer List (AML) of the biggest End Users, and valve distributors and are installed in more than 40 countries worldwide.Academic background:- Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration**Experience**:- R&S process at all levels- Job descriptions and competency-based assessments- Training plans and programmes- Life and career planning- Management of Psychometric Tests- In NOMs and STPS requirements- Job descriptions and performance evaluations- ISO 9001:2015 StandardActivities:- Implement and update the recruitment processes- Implement the strategy for personnel development- Create and follow up on non-remunerative recognition programs- Attend, solve and support doubts of employees in generalHRG**Job Segment**:HR, HR Generalist, Market Research, Human Resources, Marketing
