The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.**Position Overview**:Join our team of highly motivated program leaders working on a mission to deliver on the promise of an improved experience for patients and lower cost of care for healthcare providers. The Senior Manager, Program Management is a highly visible and impactful role. This position reports to Senior Director, Program Management. You will utilize Program Management expertise and medical device capital equipment experience to lead the cross functional program teams to drive key initiatives for the business. Your influence will be critical to ensure excellent cross-functional communication and coordination. The Senior Manager Program Management will develop, define, and execute program plans, budgets and deliverables and identify needed resources for projects and programs. Major duties will include leading and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, program updates to the executive team, proactively identifying and mitigating program risks and drive the programs to meet business objectives.**Essential Job Functions**:- Develops, monitors, and controls project/program schedules, scope, and budget/resources.- Manages project associated risks including prioritization, escalation, and resolution of the identified risks.- Establishes strong, cross-functional, and cross-business relationships and communication that encourage horizontal thinking and collaboration.- Being an effective facilitator, leader, and coach.- Develops and provide project updates as required.**Required Qualifications**:- B.S. Degree, Master's Degree preferred or relevant experience- 10+ years of Program Management experience- Strong communicator and has track record of driving complex programs**Desired Qualifications**- Experience leading Medical Device global expansion, commercialization, and regulatory programs- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required or agreed plan to achieve PMP certification.- Expertise in Medical device design control- Experience managing project managers- Excellent organization skills and facilitation skills- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication including the presentation of complex programs to various customer and stakeholder groups at all levels.- Strong leadership skills including the ability to engage, motivate, and drive teams representing multiple viewpoints to achieve business objectives.- Strong change management skill: ability to formulate change management strategies and lead others to rapidly adapt to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.- Ability to respectfully represent a strong position without damaging long-term relationships.- Ability to make timely decisions in the absence of complete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.- Ability to look ahead and anticipate future opportunities and challenges.- Proven ability to influence across multiple business functions and organization levels.- Ability to balance complex priorities and competing stakeholder needs with composure.- Working knowledge of Smartsheet and other project and program management toolsPrivacy is important to us.
