**Please read entire description section prior to applying.**We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and do B2B cold calling to speak with business owners, promote our service, and schedule appointments. Role has a big growth potential, that could escalate into higher level activities and a number of commissions.**Responsibilities**- Place phone calls to potential clients- Answer potential clients’ questions about our services- Generate sales leads as per given target- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules- Get a hold of the decision maker at a company- Constantly communicate with team members for continuous improvement and team work- Manage and maintain sales pipeline**Required Skills**:- Fluent in spoken and written English. **American accent preferred, or very little accent due to the nature of the position.**:- 2+ years’ experience in B2B (not B2C) sales is preferred, **1 year in sales or cold calling experience in North America minimum.**:- Experience with auto-dialers or manual dialing for extended amount of time is preferred.- Highly motivated, self-driven, Active listener, and resilient.- Being a great communicator, persuasive, go-getter with high energy levels.- Ability to recognize opportunities, find the right fit customers.- Results-driven and willing to work on a base + commission basis.- Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis.- **Salary **_starts at USD8/hour + commissions on closed deals._**Shift**:- 8 hour shift Monday to Friday.- Shifts can vary between 9am to 8pm EST.**Equipment needed**:- All software and data will be provided by employer- Reliable high-speed internet, and electricity.- Calm/Silent work environment.- Laptop/Computer- Headset/MicrophonePay: From $24,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Work Location: Remote
