HR AnalystPurpose of the JobHR Analyst role supports South Latin America and North Latin America employees by the control, management, maintenance, authoring and analysis of Human Resources data.General objetives- Data input of hiring, terminations, and movements of the employees.- Validate and guarantee the accuracy of the entered data, through internal audits.- Maintenance of our HR Data CRM - Simplify process by automationKey responsibilities- Responsible of data input, validation, and management of LATAM employees (Workday)- Stakeholder notifications and updates- Continues improvement process.
